• 英文摘要： For back hydrolysis of PTH-amino acids, the use of 6N HC1 containing 1% mercaptoethanol and 0.2% phenol was found to be the most satisfactory when compared to any other known procedures. The recovery of S-carboxymethyl-cystein was more than 80% and labile threonine and serine could be recovered in significant amount. The applicability was tested and compared by the sequence analysis of two known peptides.
