- 中文摘要: 本文旨在設計一套光纖式馬哈進德位移場干涉儀,其具有高的訊號/雜訊比,靈敏度及精確度,此乃利用電子鎖相合成外差訊號暨倍頻分割之技術,以達到此嚴格之要求。此子干涉儀系統光源為1mW穩頻氦氖雷射,但可在日光下操作,可判定位移方向,解析度亦可達 (方程式無法摘錄) (0.063nm)。
- 英文摘要: The objective of this research was to develop a fiber-optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer fordisplacement measurement. This system uses a lmW frequency-stabilized He-Ne laser as the light sourceWith the use of phase-locked-in and synthetic heterodyne techniques in signal processing, a high S/N valueand sensitivity are achieved. The system resolution, compared to other approaches, is also greatly improvedby utilizing the frequency-division method, and accuracy up to λ/10000 or 0.063 nm has been obtained.
