- 中文摘要: 本文描述利用AgGaS 晶體進行紅外上轉換並應用於紅外光譜的測量。在相匹配條件下由被激發鉀蒸氣所產生的紅外輻射與泵浦雷射光在晶體中混合,而被上轉換成可見光或近紅外光,此上轉換的信號能很方便地靈敏地用光電倍增管進行偵測。藉著轉動晶體的角度及用不同波長泵浦雷射光,在上轉換過程中可使3-9μm紅外輻射達到相匹配。本文對所測量的結果進行分析和討論。
- 英文摘要: Application of infrared (IR) up-conversion with the AgGaS crystal on the spectroscopic measure-ment is described. The IR emissions, generated by an excited potassium vapor, are mixed in the crystalwith the pumping laser beam and up-converted into visible or near infrared under the phase matchingcondition. The up-converted signals can be easily and sensitively detected by a photomultiplier. Thephase matching for the IR emission in the 3-9 μm range can be met by angle-tuning of the crystal andby using different pumping waves in the up-conversion process. The measured results are analyzed anddiscussed.
