- 中文摘要: Rosolic acid was found to exhibit an absorption maximum at 480 mμ which shifts toward longer wave-lengths in alkaline solutions. Spectrophotometic observation on this absorption maximum was made, and the optical density vs pH curve was found to pass through a minimum at pH=5.98. By using Thamer and Vaigt’s method, the author was able to evaluate the dissociation constants of rosolic acid.
