- 英文摘要: A series of block copolyetheramides with hard segment of crystalline nylon-6 and soft segment of poly(tetramethylene ether) were prepared. Their thermal properties, crystalline properties, bulk properties and dynamic moduli were investigated with respect to composition. It was found that only nylon-6 segment was crystalline at room temperature, and the crystallinity of the block copolyetheramides increased with increasing caprolactam content as shown by the DSC and X-ray diffraction data. The tensile strength, modulus and Shore D hardness at room temperature increased as the caprolactam content increased. The trend of Shore D hardness as a function of temperature was consistent with that of dynamic modulus data. In conclusion, the mechanical properties of these nylon-6 based block copolyetheramides were comparable with those of commercial block copolyetheramides (PEBAX)
