- 中文摘要: 在水質管理問題中,常存在有二個特性,一為規劃目標常難以同一單位度量,此亦即不易以一個多目標規劃法解之;二為在規劃模式中,技術參數與右項常數部分常難以定義或為模糊而不準確的。為克服此二困難點,本研究結合數學規劃法與模糊數學理論去處理此問題,研究結果顯示模糊數學規劃法較傳統規劃法更加適用於複雜而不易定量的河川水質管理上,此結果可供環保單位在採取允許污染負荷量的分配、廢污水處理成本的最小化規劃時的參考,並進一步以維持流域內水資源的永續利用。
- 英文摘要: In problems of water quality management, two difficulties are encountered in solving complexsystems. First, the goals of the problem are normally non-commensuable, so it is difficult straight forwardlysolve the problem using a single multiobjective programming technique. Second, in programming models,the technical coefficients and right-hand sides are normally ill-defined, vague, fuzzy, and imprecise. Toovercome these difficulties, this work combines mathematical programming methods and fuzzy set ap-proaches to obtain alternative ways to handle this problem. The alternatives result in optimal allocationof allowable pollution loading and the minimum treatment cost of wastewater, which can be a guidelineused by environmental protection agencies to maintain sustainable use of the water resources in a riverbasin. The focus of this study is the choice of a programming model for various pollution degrees ofrivers.
