- 中文摘要: 對於一個在控制下的化工程序而言,由於操作變數的改變所造成之程序應答的變動,此種現象將會影響到我們判斷程序是否有失控反應發生的正確性。在本文中將提出一種偵測失控的方法以便預測出在控制下之填充床反應器的失控反應。由於熱點的大小可以用來當做判斷填充床反應器是否失控的重要指標,並且因為操作條件的改變會造成熱點位置的偏移及其大小的改變,因此本文乃利用一多項式平滑化方法來求得填充床反應器之熱點位置與大小。此一失控偵測系統的基本架構包含了偵測熱點之方法及偵測危險狀態之準則二部分。由模擬結果得知,此一失控偵測系統可以正確的預測出反應器的失控反應。
- 英文摘要: A runaway detection method for the nonlinear inferential control system in the packed-bed reactors is proposed in this paper. By using the runaway detection criteria, a two-level alarm system is established to detect the hazardous situations in advance. Here, the magnitude of the hot spot (i.e., the maximum temperature, T/sub max/) in the packed-bed reactor can be taken as an index of the runaway of the reactor. However the location and magnitude of hot spot will shift and change when feed conditions vary, thus, in this paper, a polynomial smoothing algorithm and a method of computing the magnitude of the hot spot are used to obtain the maximum temperature in the reactor. The basic structure of the runaway detection system consists of the above algorithms and the hazardous-state detection criteria. The results of simulation reveal that the hazardous states can be detected beforehand and the reactor can be protected by using the runaway detection system when the process encounters a large disturbance.
