- 英文摘要: The scaling relationships for gas-solid bubbling fluidized beds were verified. Three geometrically similar two-dimensional fluidized beds with the geometric ratio of 1:2:7 were chosen for study. The " physical property effects" study was performed in the same bed with silica/helium (2.67 atm) and alumina/air (270.degree.C); and "dimension effect" study was performed in the cold beds of sand/Freon- 12 and cork/air with the scaling ratio of 7/1. Glicksman's and Horio's criteria were tested in our system. Glicksman's criterion is successful in the similarity experiments, but Horia's criterion fails through ignoring the effects of fluid properties (temperature effect) and particle size. The pressure fluctuation signals were used to compare these similarity experiments. Probability density function, amplitude ratio, autocorrelation function, power spectral density function, and major frequency of pressure fluctuations provide sensitive methods to identify different bubble phenomena and hydrodynamics.
