硝酸銨對大豆根瘤固氮?及一些氮同化?活性之影響

吻合。根瘤固氮作用與根瘤中硝酸還原作用並沒有競爭利用糖之現象。另外硝酸銨之處理對麩醯胺合成?活性沒有多大

In addition to the seedling stage, the soybean plants, cv. Shih-Shih, were once again watered with a100 mM ammonium nitrate at the 31st day after seed germination. The nitrate reductase activity wasinduced and significantly increased following the treatment. Ammonium did not inhibit the induction ofnitrate reductase in nodules. Leaves rather than the nodules were the major organ of the plant to utilizeand assimilate the combined nitrogen. The acetylene reduction activity of nitrogenase was sharply inhibit-ed by ammonium nitrate, and this reduction was closely related to the decrease of leghaemoglobin concen-trations in nodules. No significant competitive demand of carbohydrate between the acetylene reductionby nitrogenase and nitrate reduction by nitrate reductase was found in treated plants.
