Taking into account of diffusion, interface kinetics and surface energy
effects, the stability of a time-dependent spherical crystal growth was carried out
by the perturbation technique. The interface kinetics effects enhance the geometric
stability. It is stable for Roa<7Roo* in the absolute sense which is consistent with
those previous work on the stability of a spherical crystal growth due to diffusion
