- 英文摘要: Callus tissues were raised from the primary roots of rice (Oryza sativaL. variety Tainan 5) on Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium supplementedwith I mg/1 2, 4-D and 0.5 mg/1 kinetin.These calluses were induced todifferentiate into plantlets in vitro. Cytological investigations revealed thediploid number of chromosomes (2n→24),indicating that chromosomedoubling did not occur during the culture procedures.
