- 中文摘要: 本研究之目的為利用胜藥物Angiotension II及其胜阻抗劑作為研究對象,以期瞭解胜藥物在作離子透入法時,豬皮在各種溶液與電流條件下對藥物吸收的效果。在溶液部分,研究的項目包括藥物濃度、離子濃度及溶液的pH值對豬皮的離子透入法吸收的影響; 而在電流部分,研究項目則包括了電流密度、波形、duty cycle及頻率。同時在不同pH值條件下,豬皮對不同親疏水性的Angiotension II及其阻抗劑的離子透入法吸收也被加以比較。由實驗結果來看,溶液中pH值與電流密度對豬皮的離子透入法吸收的影響最大、對疏水性的Angiotension II阻抗劑吸收要比親水性的阻抗劑好,而且pH值愈低吸收速率愈大。同時在實驗中也觀察到豬皮電場中的行為類似於電容特性並產生反向之電壓。
- 英文摘要: Angiotensin II and its antagonists were selected for in vitro absorption studies of iontophoresis. The investigated factors include the solution effects and the electricity effects. In the solution, drug concentration, buffer concentration, and pH values of the solution were studied. Current density, waveform, duty cycle and frequency of the electricity effects were also explored. The hydrophobicity of angiotensin II and its antagonists were considered in the comparison of the absorption of porcine skin at different pH value of buffer solution. From the experimental results, the pH value of buffer solution and the current density play a profound role of the absorption of the porcine skin during iontophoresis. The hydrophobic angiotensin II antagonist has higher absorption than the hydrophilic peptide, and the phenomenon is more pronounced in lower pH value. The porcine skin acted as an electric capacitor and an opposite voltage was observed when the electrical field was applied.
