- 英文摘要: The effect of O/sub 2/ in the flue gas on the reaction of Ca(OH)/sub 2/ with SO/sub 2/ has been studied under the conditions simulating the filter bag of the spray-drying flue gas desulfurization process. The results recorded at 60.degree.C and 1,000ppm SO/sub 2/ were presented. The reaction products were CaSO/sub 3/-(1/2)H/sub 2/O and CaSO/sub 4/-(1/2)H/sub 2/O, and the sulfate to sulfite molar ratio was approximately 0.23. The relative humidity of the gas phase significantly affected the reaction of Ca(OH)/sub 2/ with SO/sub 2//O/sub 2/ gas mixture. The presence of oxygen suppressed the sulfation reaction, when the relative humidity was lower than 60%, and enhanced the sulfation reaction when the relative humidity was higher than 60%. The extent of the sulfation of Ca(OH)/sub 2/ and the product distribution remained about the same for the gas phase O/sub 2/ concentration varying in the range from 1 to 5.4%. The intrinsic rates of the sulfation of Ca(OH)/sub 2/ and the oxidation of CaSO/sub 3/-(1/2)H/sub 2/O were very fast, and the overall reaction rate was controlled by grain product-layer diffusion until the reactions had stopped.
