• 中文摘要： 本研究在於探討光照強度，光照時問及發芽溫度對於來自不同種源之臺灣扁柏及紅檜種子發芽力之影響。結果顯示：(1)各種源間對光照及溫度之反應有顯著之差異(z)光照可促進種子發芽；(3)各種溫度處理間有極顯著之差異；（’）光照及溫度之交互影響也已達顯著水準。著者並在文中討論各因子之影響及其在生殖或生態上之意義“
• 英文摘要： The seeds of Chamaecyparis taiwanensis Masam.＆Susuki and C. formosensisMatsu. from different regions were tested for germination under differentlight intensities, photoperiods, and temperatures. The results are（1）Seedsfrom different sources express different responses to light and temperaturetreatments; (2) The effect of 5400 Lux is higher than dark treatment; (3)The germination rate under high temperatures are higher than low tempe-ratures; (4) The interaction between light and temperature are significant.
