- 英文摘要: In a pilot scale apparatus the bed-to-wall heat transfer coefficients were measured. Narrow size distributed river sands with average diameters of 358, 505 and 650.mu.m were used as the fluidizing particles. The operating temperatures were maintained at 560-670.degree.K, and the superficial gas velocities were 3-13 times the minimum fluidization velocities of the fluidized particles. Based on the concept of boundary layer renewal near the bed wall, an equation for estimating the bed-to-wall heat transfer coefficient was developed. A new approach was proposed to estimate the parameters used in this equation. Experimental data obtained from this work and literature were used to test this model. The results showed that the experimental data were in good agreement with the predicted values .
