- 英文摘要: MAPO-5 with either V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, or Cu has been synthesized with hydrothermal method. Their physical properties (i.e., BET surface area, X-ray powder diffraction, and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance) and the catalytic properties (i.e., acidity, dehydrogenation, and oxidation) have been characterized. It is found that at 623K, VAPO-5, FeAPO-5 and AIPO/sub 4/-5 have dehydrogenation property in ethanol conversion reaction, and acetaldehyde was observed in the products. Also, it is found that except CoAPO-5. and FeAPO-5, MAPO-5/sub s/ generally have higher catalytic acidity than AIPO/sub 4/-5. The investigation of oxidation properties was carried out by ethane oxidation under air. Both partial oxidation to ethylene and total combustion to carbon dioxide were observed in most of the catalysts. The study shows that CrAPO-5 mainly exhibits total combustion property; and FeAPO-5 CoAPO-5 and NiAPO-5 have low oxidation activity. Furthermore, VAPO-5, MnAPO-5 and CuAPO-5 have good catalytic activity for ethane oxidation. Partial oxidation product-ethylene is the main product on these catalysts at ethane conversion below 10% and reaction temperature between 673 and 793 K.
