• 英文摘要： Methods of design and operation of a zone-melting analog computer has
  been discussed. It has been shown that the results obtained from the zone-melting
  analog computers are in excellent agreement with that from analytical solutions.
  The application of this analog machine is limited to the case of distribution
  coefficient less than unity. However, it can be used to estimate the solute concentration
  for arbitrary initial distribution of solute, while the analytical solution has not been
  achieved.
