- 英文摘要: The problem of steady-state output estimation for packed-bed reactors is addressed. Three different estimators, i.e., Kalman filter, and linear and nonlinear estimators, are presented along the reactor length to estimate the primary, unmeasured output. By simulating and analyzing the reactor sensitivity analysis, it is shown that the location of hot spot will shift when feed conditions change. This effect will influence the accuracy of the estimation results of Kalman filter and linear estimator. Estimators based on nonlinear models of the plant are needed to accurately predict the composition. This is accomplished by a least-square curve fitting to match the observed data with the model. Tests using some deliberately introduced plant/model mismatches indicate that the method is robust.
