- 中文摘要: Nutrient culture study was conducted on sugarcane variety F146 to investigatethe nutritional effect and interaction among zinc, iron, and manganese. Culture so-lutions were prepared so that the iron-manganese ratio was adjusted to 2:1, 4:1, 5:1(low and high concentration), 10:1 and 20:1. In addition, each Fe/Mn ratio receivedzinc and no zinc. Sugarcane crop was harvested at age of thirteen weeks. The higher dry weights of elongating cane blades, stalk, and above-ground andstalk length were obtained in the pots with the Fe/Mn ratio above 10:1 containingzmc. Zinc content and uptake were influenced by Fe/Mn ratios in nutrient solutionscontaining zinc. The highest concentration and uptake were found in pots with theFe/Mn ratio of 20:1 containing zinc. Iron and manganese concentrations in elonga-ting blades from pots with the addition of zinc were lower than those from potswith no zinc added. This depressive effect was attributed to the antagonism betweenzinc and iron (and manganese) during absorption and translocation. The Fe/Mn ratios in young blades were strongly affected by the Fe/Mn ratiosin culture solution. There was also a strong interactive effect between Fe/Mn ratiosand added zinc on zinc concentrations and uptakes in the tissue. The highest relativezinc uptake was associated with a tissue Fe/Mn ratio of 3.5. The highest stalk dryweight was obtained in the pots with the Fe/Mn ratio of 20:1 in culture solutioncontaining zinc.
