- 中文摘要: 本文提出以實驗方法研究直立圓柱空間內之自然對流熱傳遞現象。此類圓柱空間其頂端及直立部份為高溫面,而其底端為低溫面。實驗中其高度與直徑比之範圍在0.1到1.0之間,而其革拉秀夫數(Grashof number)在4.97×10^4到3.02 x 10^8之間。在實驗中圓柱空間內之溫度分佈被測得,並以無因次方式表示之。而熱傳實驗結果顯示,當卜然托數(Prandtl number)為0.72時其熱傳遞實驗式為NuL=0.523GrL^0.311與實驗數據之平均誤差小於百分之10.8。
- 英文摘要: An experimental investigation is described concerning natural convection in vertical cylindric enclosures with the upper end and vertical section serving as the hot surface and the lower end as the cold surface. The experiments covered a range of height-diameter ratios between 0.1 and 1.0, and Grashof numbers between 4.97x10^4 and 3.02 x10^8. The measured temperature distribution in the enclosures is presented in the dimensionless form. The heat-transfer results for Prandtl number of 0.72 can be expressed by NuL=0.523GrL^°.311, fitting the data with an average deviation of less than 10.8 per cent.
