- 中文摘要: 本文在研討金屬材料之低次數循環扭矩實驗中,如何測定其紐矩疲勞機械性質,諸如疲勞鐵度性質,疲勞延度性質、過渡期、循環剪應變硬化指數等。以遲滯環之幾何圖形,循環剪應變硬化指數,測定每循環塑性剪應變能之散逸,總塑性剪應變能之散逸,除以循環次數為計算其疲勞壽命外,並以每循環塑性剪應變能之散逸作為測定疲勞之標準。實驗片共設計兩種,一為空心實驗片,以薄壁管之立論分析實驗片之平均剪應力與剪應變之關係,另一種為實心實驗片,以Nadai's solution為基礎分析實驗片最外層之剪應力與剪應變之關係,進一步對Nadai's solution加以修正以符台本文之循環實驗,扭力附件之設計共有兩種型式,以及測轉角之設計,足以使Instron記錄出實驗片實驗部位精確之T一0之關係。
- 英文摘要: This report discusses the torsional low cycle fatigc properties and plasticshear strain energy of metal. The testing metals are 6063 alumimm and 1020low carbon steel, Fatigue properties in torsional testing such as fatiguestrength coefficient, fatigue strength exponent, fatigue ductility coefficient,fatigue ductility exponent and cyclic strain hardening exponent have beendetermined. From the geometric shape and cyclic strain hardening expon-ent the shear plastic strain energy per cycle is calculated. In addion to thenumber of cycles for fracture the specimen the dissipation of plastic strainenergy in shear is another criterion of fatigue life. Two types of torsional equipment used on Instron testing machine havebeen designed. The Nadai's solution was modified and applied to stress andplastic strain analysis of the solid specimen.
