- 中文摘要: 鯉的性腺刺激素可以促進離體鯉睾丸組織?生雄性素。本研究以一系列的實驗尋求最適當的培育條件,即200mg的睪 丸組織在25℃ ,於8/9?度的Krebs Ringer bicarbonate溶液,PH7.4 ,?含有0.1%牛血清蛋白,0.03%卵醣蛋白, mM Theophylline及定量的性腺刺激素中培育4小時。然後以放射免疫法測定培養液中的雄性素含量。 鯉的性腺刺激素的劑量一效應曲線範圍?25至1600ng 。其他魚類如鰱、草魚及海鰻的性腺刺激素也能促進離體鯉睪丸 組織?生雄性素,他們的劑量一效應曲線與鯉者相互平行,且生物效應也與鯉者相近。但是哺乳類的黃體刺激素效應很低 ,而濾泡刺激素則無作用。 由於不同魚類的性腺刺激素對離體鯉睾丸組織?生雄性素的效應很類似,所以此法可以做?魚類性腺刺激素的生物測 定法。
- 英文摘要: The androgen production of carp testis can be stimulated in vitro by its own gonadotropin. The optimal conditions for this in vitro system have been experimentally determined. The range of dose response curve of carp gonadotropin is from 25 to 1,600 ng. The gonadotropins from other species of fish can also stimulate carp testis to produce androgens in vitro. Their dose response curves are parallel and their potency is close to that of carp gonadotropin. On the other hand, mammalian luteinizing hormone is weak, and follicle stimulating hormone is unable to stimulate carp testis to produce androgens.
