抗蟲因子bph 2。 - 英文摘要: The inheritance of resistance to brown planthoppers in six rice cultivars,H-5 MTU-9, Dikwee, Murunga-137, Sudurvi-306, and Kaohsiung Sen-yu 12,was investigated by the mass screening method in an insectary. The seedl-ing reactions of F, F, F, and backcross populations from the crosses betweenone of the resistant parent and a susceptible one, Taichung native 1, indicatedthat the resistance in MTU-9, Murunga-137, and Sudurvi-306 was each con-ditioned by a single dominat gene, while H-5, Dikwee, and Kaohsiung Sen-yu 12 each appeared to have a single recessive gene for resistance to brownplanthoppers. IR9-60, a semidwarf strain previously found to have one recessive genefor resistance, was crossed with both H-5 and Kaohsiung Sen-yu 12. Thedata from these two crosses suggested that these three cultivate derived theirresistance from the same gene or closely linked genes. Crosses with testervariety ASD-7 showed that the recessive genes for resistance in H-5, IR9-60,and Kaohsiung Sen-yu 12 were identical to bph-2 of ASD-7.
