• 中文摘要： 此篇論文描述使用多段式射頻激發結構的二氧化碳波導雷射研究，利用精巧的射頻耦合與阻抗匹配電路，可以在長的石英和氧化鋁波導管激發均勻的放電，配合一個光柵反射的光學共振腔，此雷射系統可以產生涵蓋9R、9P、10R、10p等波段的寬範圍譜線可調輸出，最大輸出功率可達10瓦。
• 英文摘要： waveguide lasers with segmented radio frequency excitation have been studied. With compactradio frequency coupling and an impedance matching circuit, uniform discharge is attainable over a longwaveguide made of either quartz or alumina tubes. Using a simple optical resonator tuned by a gratingreflector, these lasers are capable of wide-range line operation over 9R, 9P, 10R and 10P bands withmaximum output power of up to 10 W.
