- 英文摘要: waveguide lasers with segmented radio frequency excitation have been studied. With compactradio frequency coupling and an impedance matching circuit, uniform discharge is attainable over a longwaveguide made of either quartz or alumina tubes. Using a simple optical resonator tuned by a gratingreflector, these lasers are capable of wide-range line operation over 9R, 9P, 10R and 10P bands withmaximum output power of up to 10 W.
