- 英文摘要: Desorption of activated carbon loaded with benzene and toluene with supercritical carbon dioxide was studied. The experimental data indicated that both the desorption efficiencies for benzene and toluene increased with temperature as long as the density of the supercritical CO/sub 2/ was kept constant. A mathematical model, assuming plug flow in the flowing phase and a second order desorption kinetics for the solid phase, was proposed in this study. The dependence of the model parameters on density was also reported. The calculated desorption activation energies were found to decrease with density and to follow the Arrhenius expression. The simulated results by the proposed model were found to agree well with the experimental data.
