• 中文摘要： 本文導出具有齒隙非線性之伺服泵系統之靈敏性方程式。並以追綜雷達之天線驅動系統為例，說明靈敏性係數之計算程序。由算得之靈敏性係數可得知系統參數對系統性能之影響。齒隙對靈敏性係數及系統性能之影響，文中亦一併討論。本文所得之結果有助於設計一低靈敏性之伺服泵系統。
• 英文摘要： This paper serves to generate the sensitivity equations for a servopump system with backlash. Atracking antenna position drive system is presented as a numerical example to illustrate the procedure forcalculating the sensitivity coefficients. The calculated sensitivity coefficients are used to investigate thesystem's behavior as related to the system parameters. The effects of the backlash on the sensitivity coeffi-cients and the system performance are also discussed. The results are useful in designing a minimum sen-sitivity servopump system.
