- 英文摘要: 14C(Adenine-u)-NAD+-incorporation product(s) of Phaseolus radiatus chromatin was rendered 5% TCA-soluble in situ by acid or base treatment. Pronase and pancreatic RNase A had some and slight effects on unextracted incorporation product(s) respectively. Pancreatic DNase i, snake venom phosphodiesterase had no effect at all. About 50% of the unextracted product(s) was made soluble by neutral NH2OH. This soluble fraction, when analyzed by paper chromatography, contained five subfractions. Three of them corresponded to ADPR, 5'-AMP, and adenosine. The other two were unknowns 'A' and 'B'. 'A' remained at origin and 'B' moved right before 5'-AMP. Of alkaline extract of the incorporation product(s), majority of the radioactive materials remained at origin while a considerable amount had mobility corresponding to ADPR. When alkaline extract was treated further with snake venom phosphodiesterase and pronase treatments, radioactivities at the origin disappeared almost completely with simultaneous increase of radioactivities corresponding to 5'-AMP, unknown 'B', and adenosine.
