- 中文摘要: 本研究主要在探討職業學校建教合作教育對學生實施效益及其與合作廠商執行要素相關之研究。研究樣本隨機取樣自職業學校建教合作教育有關之教師324人,學生570人,和畢業生684人。本研究資料係透過問卷調查方式收集。 教師、學生、畢業生大致同意或偏向同意建教合作教育有其實施效益。合作廠商之技能訓練·工作環境·訓練設備、福利待遇等執行要素影響建教合作教育的實施效益。這四項執行要素共可解釋實施效益55%之變異。
- 英文摘要: The purpose of this study was to identify contributions of cooperative vocational educationto students and their relationships with components of employers’implementation. The subjectsused in the study were 324 teachers, 570 students and 684 graduates randomly selected from theindividuals involved in the program; the data for the study were collected through the mailedquestionnaire and analyzed by using the SPSSx package. Teachers, students, and graduates positively agreed that cooperative vocational educationwas a contributory program to vocational high school students. However, there were severaldefects. Employers’implementation influenced contributions of the program through training,equipment, work environment, and compensation and fringe benefits. These components couldexplain 55 percent of the variance of contributions of the program.
