- 中文摘要: 從民國六十五至六十六年間,調查臺北、臺中地區貯米中污染致癌因子黃黴毒素(Sterigma-tocystin)結果發現,在 46 件被試樣品中,沒有一件被該毒素污染。但由貯米中卻分離到具有產生黃黴毒素潛力之菌株。其中編號為 H-4,X-35,C-7-2-3 及 C-8-1 菌株,其產毒力比標準菌株 Aspergillus versicolor NRRL 6120 之產毒力還強。 試釀結果顯示,定量黃黴毒素可利用紫外光吸收儀,以及液相層析儀加以分析,其最低檢測量分別為 1 mg/kg 和 5 ng,至於生物檢定以蝦幼體為材料發現對該毒素頗為敏感,其為0.8μg/ml。
- 英文摘要: The survey of 46 rice samples collectedfrom Taipei and Taichung districts for sterigma-tocystin was carried out during 1976-1977Although no appreciable amount of the toxinwas detected in the tested samples, yet thereare some of the toxic producing strains de-signated as H-4, X-35, C-7-2-3 and C-8-1 whichhave been isolated from rice samples, and theyare demonstrated that the sterigmatocystin pro-ducing ability was always higher than Aspergillusversicolor NRRL 6120-a sterigmatocystin pro-ducing strain. The current results showed that quantitativeanalysis of sterigmatocystin can be achieved byspectrophotometer as well as high pressureliquid chromatograph, and the limit of detec-tion for the toxin was 1 mg/kg and 5 ng, respec-tively. Bioassay for sterigmatocystin was carriedout by brine shrimp larvae and the wasestimated to be 0.8μg/ml.
