蘿蔔抗嵌紋病育種I. F1之抗病性及特性選拔

1.以引進病品種美濃早生與本省多種經濟栽培品種行雜交,F1經抗病性及特性選拔結果,選出 大梅花×美濃早生和頭洲早×美濃早生兩組合之F1優良個體留種,供下年度之育種材料。其 抗病性約介於兩親本之間。2.蘿蔔嵌紋病毒可直接由棉蚜、桃蚜、偽菜蚜等三種蚜蟲以非永續性方式傳播。本病毒耐熱性為 55~60℃,耐稀釋性為10-3~10-4,耐保存性(20℃恒溫)可達28天。病毒顆粒以電子顯微 鏡觀察為絲狀,長約720~780 nm。

Progenies of crosses between the highlyTuMV-resistant cultivar Minowase and severalsusceptible Taiwan cultivars were screened forTuMV resistance and other horticultural char-acteristics. Two F1 combinations, Ta-Mei-Fua× Minowase and Tou-Chou Early × Minowase,were selected for F2 production. TuMV was transmitted to susceptible cul-tivars in a non-persistent manner by threespecies of aphids, i. e. Aphis gossypii, Myzuspersicae and Lipaphis erysimi. TuMV lost itsinfectivity after heating for 10 min at 55℃-60℃,dilution to 10-3-10-4, or storage at 20℃ for 28days. Electron microscopy revealed flexiblethread-like particles, approximately 720-780 nmlong for TuMV.
