• 中文摘要： 傳統的財務理論認為股價反應與公司的基本資訊息息相關，但另有部份學者則認為，股價除了反應公司的經營績效之外，還反應了雜訊投資人對股票報酬的認知偏誤。本研究首先透過深度的實地訪談找出國內證券市場參與者的主觀偏好特性，再進一步以文獻研究結果以加強立論基礎。其次透過實證資料的分析與檢定，以瞭解雜訊投資人對個股的主觀偏好特性與超常報酬率間的關係，並提出國內證券市場股價行為的合理解釋。本研究的研究期間自76年初至81年底止，共1,715個營業日，以105家第一類及第二類的上市普通股為研究樣本。研究中以日資料為分析單位，並以一年度為一完整的分析期間，以t統計量檢定不同特性群組在年度日平均超常報酬率上的表現是否有差異。本研究實證分析的結果有下列幾點發現：1.國內證券市場的參與者的確在某些年度對公司規模特性有一致而規則的偏好。2.國內證券市場的參與者對最小規模群組的偏好較為明顯。3.國內證券市場的參與者對小規模個股的偏好可持續一年以上。4.國內證券市場的參與者沒有特別偏好股權集中個股的傾向。5.交易活絡程度並不是影響股價漲跌的關鍵因素。而值得進一步探究的問題包括：1.雜訊投資人是如何形成一致性的認知偏誤？2.理性投資人是否改變了投資決策的依據？他們是否進一步採取了跟進（雜訊投資人）的行動？3.投資人之間相互影響的途徑為何？
• 英文摘要： Several researchers have asserted that stock prices reflect not only the performances ofindividual companies, but also the mistaken perceptions of the returns of noise traders. Froma subjective review of the literature plus interviews with market experts, we found that a com-pany's size, the concentration of stock holders, and trading volume fluctuation are the threepreferred factors for decisions made by noise traders. Our empirical data was taken from1,715 trading days and 105 listed stocks; we used t-test statistics to analyze variant returns forportfolios showing different traits. Our results show that:（1）Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE)participants show consistent investment patterns related to company size; (2) TSE participantsshow a strong preference for the smallest common stock portfolio; (3) the preference for smallercommon stock portfolios lasts more than one year; (4) there is no evidence to support the notionthat TSE participants prefer common stock held in high concentrations; and (5) trading volumefluctuation is not the critical factor in stock price changes.
