• 中文摘要： 本文旨在設計一套光纖式馬哈進德位移場干涉儀，其具有高的訊號／雜訊比，靈敏度及精確度，此乃利用電子鎖相合成外差訊號暨倍頻分割之技術，以達到此嚴格之要求。此子干涉儀系統光源為1mW穩頻氦氖雷射，但可在日光下操作，可判定位移方向，解析度亦可達 (方程式無法摘錄) （0.063nm）。
• 英文摘要： The objective of this research was to develop a fiber-optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer fordisplacement measurement. This system uses a lmW frequency-stabilized He-Ne laser as the light sourceWith the use of phase-locked-in and synthetic heterodyne techniques in signal processing, a high S/N valueand sensitivity are achieved. The system resolution, compared to other approaches, is also greatly improvedby utilizing the frequency-division method, and accuracy up to λ/10000 or 0.063 nm has been obtained.
