- 中文摘要: 本文主要是介紹粘粒修飾電極在化學感測器之應用,我們首度應用以多鐵蒙特石為主的天然粘粒於分析用途上。研製成功的粘粒修飾電極與粘粒酵素修飾電極,酊合電化學分析技術,可以非常靈敏且選擇性的偵測多種重要生化有機分子,開發化學修飾電極一項新的研究方向。多鐵蒙特石粘粒修飾電極對農藥殺草劑巴拉刈有極佳的吸附能力,除了可開發成巴拉刈感測器外,更可利用巴拉刈為電子傳遞物質,來催化雙氧水的還原反應。而利用上述系統與酵素組合,可進一步發展成葡萄糖感測器,方法是將葡萄糖氧化酵素固定於雙粘粒層之問,其結構如同三明治一般。當葡萄糖經葡萄糖氧化酵素反應會產生雙氧水,再利用巴拉刈為電子傳遞物質,於粘粒層問催化雙氧水的還原反應,可得到很靈敏的催化訊號。再者,發展可以靈敏偵測尿酸與多巴肢的電化學偵測技術,是一個重要的研究方向。我們所研發之粘粒修飾電極,以電化學預氧化的前處理方式成功解決維生素C干擾的問題。
- 英文摘要: Clay-modified electrodes have been applied in the fabricat一on of chemical sensors.Excellentcatalytic activity was observed for the electroreduction of hydrogen peroxide by nc.ntronite clay coatingon a glassy carbon electrode with incorporated methyl viologen as a mediator. An effective glucose sensorwas further created by immobilizing glucose oxidase between two nontronite clay coatings with methylviologen as mediators Based on the unique adsorption and regeneration properties of dopamine, glucoseoxidase,and nontronite.another glucose sensor was also constructed.A sensitive and selective Nafion (方程式無法摘錄)nontronite-modified electrode was developed for determining paraquat by means of square-wave cathodicstripping voltammetry.Finally, electrochemically pre-anodized clay-modified electrodes were used forthe selective detection of uric acid or dopamine, and their practical analytical usefulness was illustratedby selective measurements of uric acid in human urine without any preliminary treatment
