- 中文摘要: In this paper the applicability of pulsed field gradients in high-resolution NMR spectroscopy are considered. Applications include solvent suppression, spectral editing of one- and two-dimensional (2D) NMR spectra and the induction of quadrature detection in the .omega./sub 1/ direction of many 2D experiments. The applications are analysed using simple product operator algebra. Particular attention is directed to discussing the experimental requirements of this technology in order that high- resolution NMR conditions are maintained throughout the experiment.
