- 中文摘要: 對提高配電系統之可靠度而言,配電開關操作是一個很重要的問題。由於此一問題具有高度的複合性,很難透過嚴緊的數學模式來求解,且其問題空問太過龐大,致使組合爆炸成為利用電腦解題的潛在威脅。從系統操作的觀點而言,合理、有效率、接近最佳解的答案,就是可以接受的解。因此,利用啟示行搜尋法來求解配電系統開關操作的問題,是非常適當的。 本文提出了一套直接快速的啟示行搜尋法,來求解配電系統開關操作的問題,並以一個臺電實際的配電系統為例子,模擬各種情況下的開關操作,來測試程式的性能。結果顯示本文提出的方法具有高效率及可靠性。
- 英文摘要: The switching problem is the most important topic for a distribution operation to increase systemreliability. It is very difficult to derive a strictly mathematical approach to solve the switching operationproblem since it is essentially combinatorial. The problem space is so large that combinatorial explosion isthe latent danger for the computer. From the view point of system operation, a switching solution withreasonable efficiency and suboptrmal performance is an adequate solution. Therefore, the heuristic searchapproach is suitable for the switching problem. In this paper, a fairly direct heuristic search approach for the inter-feeder switching problem isproposed. A practical Taipower distribution system is fully simulated to test the performance of theproposed methodology. It is found that the proposed approach performs very efficiently and reliably.
