- 中文摘要: 葡萄糖分析儀之原型機已試製完成,並且已證明有應用於臨床檢驗之實用價值。本分析儀是以葡萄糖酵素電極即Clark型。 溶氧電極,配合固定化酵素薄膜組合而成。固定化酵素薄膜係以1.5-戊雙醛或Carbodiimide兩種共價結合固定法,固定於醋酸纖維素系之Cuprophane 薄膜表面而成。 本研究試製之分析儀可分析葡萄糖濃度範圍為10至300 mg/dl,所需之檢體體積約10微升至0.5毫升之問,分析時間若以應答時間計算僅須20秒,每一酵素薄膜可重覆分析至少360個檢體而不會降低活性。分析之誤差百分比小於百分之一。因此,若酵素薄膜之穩定性可繼續的研究改進,則本分析儀應可實際應用於臨床上葡萄糖之分析。

A glucose analyzer has been constructed which has the potential of clinical laboratory application.
The analyzer is made of a glucose enzyme electrode and necessary electronic circuits.
The Qlucose enzyme electrode is made of a Clark-tyne oxyen electrode covered with an enzyme
membrane wmcn is preparea by immobinzmg glucose oxiaase onto a CupropnaneR membrane by eitner the
glutaraldehyde or the carbodiimide method.
The analyzer can be used to analyze glucose within a range of 10-300 mg/dl. The sample volumes
ranged from 10 microliter to 0.5 mililiter. The response time is 20 seconds determined by the kinetic meth-
od. Each enzyme membrane can be used repetitively for at least 360 times without any loss of its activity.
The % error of serum glucose determination is less than 1%. Therefore, if the stability of the enzyme mem-
brane can be further improved, the analyzer can be used practically in a clinical laboratory for glucose
determination.
