- 英文摘要: Optimal tuning of a practical three-mode (PID) controller is studied in this paper. Process dynamics is approximated by a second order transfer function with a pure time delay. Indices of ISE, IAE, ITSE and ITAE are examined as the performance of set-point tracking and load-disturbance rejection, respectively. The resulting tuning parameters thus obtained are also correlated into a set of simple equations for other applications. Some numerical examples are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the use of such proposed tuning equations.
