- 中文摘要: 電子顯微鏡之研究顯示:在老鼠腹腔-腸系膜上神經節複體(Coeliac-Superior Mesenteric Ganglion Com-plex)內,含顆粒小細胞(Small Granule-Containing Cells, SGC Cells)內之特殊胞質顆粒有兩種。其第一型顆粒為圓形或卵圓形,直徑為 80-150 nm,分佈於 SGC 細胞質內,並排列於細胞之邊緣。第二型顆粒之形狀極不規則,其直徑為 100-300 nm 。 以細胞化學方法鋅碘鋨(Zinc-Iodine-Osmium Tetroxide, ZIO)反應處理後, SGC 細胞內,僅高爾基氏器有反應物沈澱,而第一型、第二型顆粒及其他胞器則均無反應。吾人推論在 SGC 細胞內之特殊胞質顆粒的內含物大部分為兒茶酚胺(Catecholamine)而不含有或僅含極少量之蛋白性物質。
- 英文摘要: Fine structural studies revealed two types of granules in the small granule-containing cells (SGCcells) in the rat coeliac-superior mesenteric ganglion (CSMG) complex. The first type of granule is roundor oval in shape, ranging from 80-150 nm in diameter, and is usually distributed throughout the cytoplasmwith a characteristic peripheral margination. The second type of granule is polymorphic in shape andranges from 100 to 300 mn in diameter. After ZIO staining, only the Golgi complex is reactive, while both type I and type II granules andother organells are noneractive. It is suggested that these characteristic granules in the SGC cells containmostly catecholamines, and have little or no proteinaceous material.
