- 中文摘要: 本實驗採用老鼠心肌缺血再灌流實驗模型,來檢討游離根清除劑,prostaglandin代謝抑制劑,鈣阻礙劑及乙型adrenoreceptor阻礙劑,對心肌缺血再灌流引發的心律不整之效果。老鼠經麻醉後,施行人工呼吸,胸腔切開,露出心臟,左側冠狀動脈起始部輕鬆打結,兩側迷走神經切除,冠狀動脈加緊結紮,產生心肌缺血十分鐘後,放開結紮,恢復再灌流,並記錄血壓及心電圖,以便判斷心律不整之出現及持續時間,所試藥物在冠狀動脈結紮前,靜脈投與15分鐘,其結果:mannitol10-50 mg/kg,aspirin 0.25-5 mg/kg,verapamil 5-50 pg/kg及propranolol 1 mg/kg,皆能抑制心肌缺血再灌流引發的心律不整出現率及持續時間。根據結果推測心肌缺血再灌流引發的心律不整與游離根,鈣,prostaglandin及catecholamine有密切關係。
- 英文摘要: The effects of drugs on ischemia and reperfusion-induced arrhythmias were studied in vivo in anes-thetized rats. The chest was opened under artificial respiration and the heart was exposed. The leftanterior descending coronary artery was occlude, followed by reperfusion for 10 min each. The drugs(mannitol 10-50 mg/kg, aspirin 0.25-5 mg/kg, verapamil 5-50μg/kg and propranolol 1 mg/kg iv) were testedin the vagotomized animals. The test agent was dissolved in saline and 0.5 ml infused 15 min before thecoronary occlusion. The results indicated that mannitol and aspirin reduced the incidence and duration ofarrhythmias (ventricular premature contraction, ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation) duringischemia and reperfusion, while verapamil and propranolol reduced the incidence of arrhythmias duringischemia.
