葉面施肥及施用生長調節素對二期稻產量之影響

為求增加二期稻之產量,本試驗用光學及掃描電子顯微鏡,觀察水稻之幼穗之分化,並於幼穗分化初期在葉面噴施含有三種成份的混液,它包括1%尿素、50 ppm之Sodium naphthaleneacetic acid及Nitrophenol(或稱果收生長素「利多生」)3,000倍之稀釋液,以期增加每株穎花數。試驗在屏東、嘉義、南港以該地最適秈梗品種各一,配合兩種栽培密度做噴施與不噴施之比較試驗。結果顯示在疏植情況下,於幼穗分化初期噴施混液一至二次,有助於增加每株穗數,從而增加產量,其增加量依疏密植及栽培地區而異。疏植之下噴施可增產6~20%,密植之下噴施可增產2~11%,相同處理在一期作環境下效果較不顯著,但最高亦可增產8%。

Field trials on the effect of foliar applica-tion of fertilizers and growth regulators on therice plant were carried out at Pin-Tong, Chia-Yee and Nankang area. In each location, twovarieties, one Japanica type and one Indica typewere employed. Light microscopic and scan-ning electron microscopic examinations on shootapex were used to determine the time of panicleinitiation. Foliar spraying of the mixture of1% urea, 50 ppm Sodium naphthalene aceticacid and dilute nitrophenol(1:3000) were ap-plied at the early stage of panicle initiation.The testing chemicals promoted the paniclenumber, and the yield 6-12% and 2-11% atlow and high cultivation density respectively.Less significance on yield by the applicationwas found on the 1st rice crop than on the 2ndrice crop. However, 8% increasing in yieldwas observed in some trials.
