進口玉米和大豆污染黃麴毒素之研究

1. 以 Neotec Velasco Flurotoxin Meter 定量分析進口玉米結果顯示,新加坡進口玉米十六件,污染黃麴毒素率為 88.2%;泰國二十九件佔 86.2%;印尼十二件佔 83.3%;南非二十三件佔 69.6%;美國二十六件佔 57.6%;而紐西蘭三件佔 33.3%。就全部被試進口玉米污染黃麴毒素而言,其污染率高達 74.3%,其中含量超過 1,000 ppb 者佔 8.2%;超過 500 ppb 者佔11.9%;超過 100 ppb 者佔 32.1%。 2. 以 UV black ray lamp 直接檢查玉米黃麴毒素污染法,跟儀器定量所得結果其同意率為 85%,此法可利用在港口、倉庫及工廠實地檢查玉米污染黃麴毒素之用。 3. 從進口玉米分離到 1,500 菌株,經接種在測定黃麴毒素產生菌之培養基上,發現 84 株具產毒能力。 4. 調查美國進口大豆二十五件全部未被黃麴毒素污染。

Aflatoxins which occurred in imported ce-reals were quantitatively estimated by NeotecVelasco Flurotoxin Meter. It was found thataflatoxin contaminations of corn samples fromvarious countries, e. g. Singapore, Thailand, In-donesia, South Africa, United States and NewZealand, were 88.2%, 86.2%, 83.3%, 69.6%,57.6%, and 33.3%, respectively. Based on thetotal tested corn samples, 74.3% were con-taminated with aflatoxins, among them 8.2%exceeded 1,000 ppb, 11.9% over 500 ppb, and32.1% exceeded 100ppb; whereas no aflatoxinswere detected in the soybean Samples whichobtained from United States. The toxin contaminations of imported cerealswere also detected by physical method under365 nm UV black ray lamp, no aflatoxin positivesoybean samples were detected but corns, and itwas indicated that 85% of possitive corn samplesagree with that of quantitatively chemicalmethod. The fluorescence method of detecting afla-toxin-producing strains was served for screeningtest eighty-four positive toxin-producing strainswere selected from 1,500 isolates which wereisolated from the samples collected from cornkernels.
