- 中文摘要: 本文探討利用離子浮選及膠體吸附浮選技術將汞離子自5 ppm水溶液中分離出。以上述兩種技術中之任一種技術處理三十分鐘,可將溶液中百分之九十六以上之汞分離出;殘留在溶液中之汞離子濃度約為0.1 ppm.若將上述兩種技術合併,在溶液中同時加入硬脂酸鈉及氫氧化鐵吸附膠體,並以月桂酸硫酸脂為補集劑及起泡劑,則僅需浮選十分鐘即可使溶液中汞之殘留濃度低於0.01 ppm.當溶液中硫酸根離子濃度偏高時,可藉加入鋁離子略為抵銷由硫酸根對分離效果所造成之不利影響。
- 英文摘要: The removal of mercuric ion from 5 ppm Hg(II) aqueous solutions was attempted by ion flotationand adsorbing colloid flotation. Over 96% of mercury could be removed by flotation for 30 minutes (ionflotation of mercuric stearate with hexadecyltimethylammonium bromide or adsorbing colloid flotationwith (方程式無法摘錄) and sodium lauryl sulfate). The treated waste contained about 0.1 ppm mercury, whichwas still too high to be considered safe to discharge. The separation efficiency can be improved by usingcombined ion flotation and an adsorbing colloid flotation technique with (方程式無法摘錄) as the coprecipitant andsodium stearate and sodium lauryl sulfate as the collector. The residual mercury concentration of a solu-tion initially containing 5 ppm mercury could be reduced to a level of less than 0.01 ppm after 10 minutesflotation. The effect of sulfate ion on the separation efficiency of flotation can be compensated for some-what with the use of aluminum ion as the activator.
