- 中文摘要: 光照下綠藻Chlorella pyrenoidosa細胞的水懸浮液呈光誘導的pH上升,在黑暗r}pH下降,是一種依賴光的可逆性反應“光誘導的氫離子吸收無論在好氣性或嫌氣性條件下,其速度或變幅均相同,但在黑暗中,嫌氣性狀態下之pH下降的速度較低,顯然受到呼吸代謝作用的影響。溫度和光照強度均能左右光誘導的氫離子吸收。 3(3, 4-Dichlorophenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea抑制好氣性狀態下氫離子的吸收,但在通氮氣時離子的吸收所受的影響甚少。磷脂化作用的解藕劑Carbonyl cyanidem-dichlorophenyl hydrazone抑制氫離子吸收和氧氣的釋放,但對兩者的抑制程度不同。 本文的結果用越過細胞膜(plasmalemma)的氫離子轉運機制(proton transportmechanism)予以討論。
- 英文摘要: Water suspensions of whole cells of Chlorella pyrenoidoa show a light-inducedincrease in the pH of the medium which is reversed in the dark. The rate andmagnitude of the light-induced pH increase were the same whether the cells wereunder aerobic or anaerobic conditions, while the rate of decay in the dark underanaerobic conditions was found to be considerably reduced. The pH response was sensitive to light and temperature. 3-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea inhibits H‘uptake under aerobiosis,but not in bubbling with nitrogen.Carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenylhydrazoneinhibits H+ uptake and oxygen evolution to a different degree. The results of present work are discussed in terms of proton transport mech-anism across the plasmalemma of Chlorella cell.
