• 中文摘要： 在一般低於國家級的量度實驗室內，通常都是應用一個經過與國家標準實驗室的標準，標訂過的參考標準做為標訂或維持其他標準的依據。本文的內容提出一個在前述次級實驗室內如何對其量測的數據做校正估計的方法，以求得高精確度的結果。這個方法主要是應用一已知數值的參考標準，加上兩個不需要知道其正確數值的標準。本文中我們考慮三個不同系統分別用來準確測量電阻，電感及電容來驗証所提方法的可行性。
• 英文摘要： The paper presents a technique of estimating corrections to measurement data in order to obtainprecision in values at metrological laboratories below national level laboratories, where one referencestandard calibrated at national level laboratory is generally used to calibrate and maintain other standards.The technique employs a reference standard with a known value and two additional standards, whose valuesneed not be known, and is demonstrated by considering three different systems used separately for precisemeasurement of resistors, inductors and capacitors.
