• 中文摘要： 以矽橡膠膜或天然橡膠膜覆於甘汞玻璃複合電極之玻璃膜上，並夾以一層電解液而組合成二氧化碳電極。影響此種電極性能之各種因素，如電解液組成、電解液之厚度等均加以實驗檢討。電極之重複性與穩定性甚佳。以此電極測定洋菇堆肥及釀酒之固體醪中二氧化碳分壓之變化狀況，證明吾人所試製之電極可供上述目的之用。
• 英文摘要： A commercially available pH electrode was devised to monitor the Pco2. The probe was assembled by covering the silicone rubber or natural rubber membrane onto the glass electrode and sandwiching the specific electrolyte between them. Various factors affecting the performance of the probe were investigated. Reproducibility and stability of the probe were fairly eood. This sensor was successfully employed to determine the Pco2 in the solid phases such as composts for cultivation of mushroom and solid mashes for brewing.
