- 英文摘要: The acousto-optic figure of merit in the (110) direction of a (方程式無法摘錄) crystal has been obtained withlaser polarization in the (110) direction and propagation in the (001) direction. Using these calculatedacousto-optic figures of merit in conjunction with the measured Bragg diffraction efficiency, we havemeasured the conversion efficiency of longitudinal-to-shear wave conversion using a grooved grating in the (方程式無法摘錄) crystal.
