細胞黏菌在初期生活史中之組朊

自細胞黏菌Dictyostelium discoideum初期生活史中抽出的組朊,用三種不同的電泳膠系統分析,並以小牛胸腺組朊作為標準來比較。由相似的移動率判斷在細胞黏菌的四個時期皆含有五類組朊。而在後三個時期中,H1皆較同期中其他組朊量(由膠之吸光度)為高。由二種膠系統的分析結果,顯示H4有次單元,而H1、H2B和H4的相對量在各時期中稍有變化。結果顯示組朊的存在及各類組朊相對量的變化,可能與細胞黏菌的分化有關。

Nuclear basic proteins were extracted fromearly developmental stages of the cellular slimemold, Dictyostelium discoldeum. By using threedifferent gel electrophoresis systems, these basicproteins were compared with calf thymus histonestandards and were identified. In four stagesstudied, Dictyostelium discoideum has five basichistone fractions judged by their similar mobil-ities with the standards. At the same stage, therelative amount (optical density) of H1 in laterthree stages is higher than the other fractions.Histone H4 has subunits shown on two gel sys-terns. During development, the relative amountof H1, H2B and H4 changes with each differentstage. The relationship of the presence of histoneand the amount of each histone fraction duringcellular slime mold differentiation are discussed.
