• 中文摘要： 本論文縱覽一些基於矩量不變原理的影像處理技巧（包括前十年所發展出來及本文作者最近所提出的）。首先我們將描述矩量不變原理。其次描述一些已知基於此原理發展出來之影像處理技巧，包括矩量不變界值之設定法、區塊截短編碼法、及次像素邊緣偵測法。最後，描述七種由作者發展出來的新影像處理技巧，包括矩量不變明銳化法、矩量不變彎曲邊緣偵測法、矩量不變直線偵測法、矩量不變曲線偵測法、矩量不變群聚法、矩量不變角偵測法及矩量不變邊緣偵測法。
• 英文摘要： A class of new image processing methods, called the moment-preserving techniques, developedrecently are surveyed in this paper. The moment-preserving principle is first described. Several knownimage processing techniques based on the principle, including moment-preserving thresholding, blocktruncation coding, and subpixel edge detection, are reviewed next Seven new algorithms proposed by theauthors, namely, moment-preserving sharpening, curved edge location to subpixel accuracy, moment-preserving line detection, moment-preserving curve detection, moment-preserving clustering, moment-preserving corner detection, and moment-preserving edge detection, are finally described briefly.
