- 中文摘要: 本文主要目的在探討化學共沉法製備等方性及異方性鑭鈣鐵氧磁體的燒結行?及電性。電性測試結果顯示,hopping electron模式是主要的電導機構。磁性測試結果顯示,1210°C燒結1小時的等方性磁石(ρ=4.68 g/cm3) , Br= 2.1 kG,BHC=1.4 kOe,(BH)max = 0.86 MG.Oe ;而1190°C燒結1小時的異方性磁石(ρ=4.79 g/cm3), Br = 2.7, kG, BHC = 1.35 kOe,(BH)max=1.52MG.Oe。
- 英文摘要: The sintering behavior of chemically coprecipited La-Ca-ferrite has been investigated. Shrinkage, electric and magnetic properties of isotropic and anisotropic magnets have been explored in detail. XRD analysis, SEM and LCR meter have been employed to identify the phases present, microstructure and electric properties, respectively. The hopping electron model has been found to dominate the conduction behavior. The estimated values of the activation energy based on the small-polaron conduction were 0.34-0.44 ev in the high temperature region and 0.029-0.049 ev in the low temperature region.
