- 中文摘要: 貓以70mg/kgzk%麻醉,以每秒鐘二陣之連串刺激(頻率每秒200-250次,Train Duration 30 mSec;強度3-5V.)刺激左側後腿之坐骨神經或腓總神經,並在該動物右大腦皮層後乙狀魍前沿近中線處紀錄誘發電位,其僭伏期為6-10 mSec.電位大小70-80gv一波長50-100 m Sec一此為實驗刺激之誘發電位,與下列各種條件刺激下之誘發電位比較,得其結果如下: 1.以3cps及0.3-0.5V.之電流刺激左側上臼齒附近之牙齦,其誘發電位加大,但刺激右側上臼齒附近之牙齦,其誘發電位不變。 2.指針左側昆侖穴(跟腱)誘發電位振幅減少,指針右側昆侖穴,誘發電位不變“ 3.他如針刺左側或右側腳底及緊夾貓尾,均不能改變實驗刺激之誘發電位“
- 英文摘要: 1.Under chloralose anaethesia(70mg/kg I V),the evoked potentials were re- corded from the post-sigmoid syrus with flexible silver wire surface electrode following electrical stimulation of contralateral sciatic nerve or common pero- neal nerve of the cat2.The most recorded evoled potentials were with latency 6-10 msec.the amplitude 70-80uv. and the duration 50-100 msec3.The test evoked potentials were compared under the following different con- ditions:1.This project was supported by grant NSC-63B-0412-02(59)from the National Science Council.2.A preliminary report of this work was presented to the conference on Acupuncture Research at Taipei City in May 3,1975
